So how do Brakes help fight Cancer?

Brakes for Breasts began in 2011 with five Automotive Repair Shops in Cleveland, Ohio. It has since grown to hundreds of independently owned Automotive Repair Shops across the United States and Canada! The proceeds after the campaign is over, will be donated directly to Dr. Vincent Tuohy and The Cleveland Clinic Breast Cancer Vaccine Research Fund. Over the last 11 years, this fundraiser has raised over $1.6 Million dollars towards research for the Breast Cancer Vaccine.

What is this Breast Cancer Vaccine?

Vaccines are commonly used to help prevent disease, including the one for Breast Cancer. The Cleveland Clinic is undergoing studies towards a vaccine in order to prevent triple-negative breast cancer. Take a loo at Dr. Vincent Tuohy and his team here:
