One of the most dreaded experiences a woman can face is to be stranded on the side of a busy road with a flat - in my case, a shredded - tire. Luckily, I had cellphone coverage and was able to contact my husband, who immediately called Buddy Isles to assist me in getting the tire changed. My savior in a mechanic’s uniform arrived promptly, reassured me, and got down to business. In an amazingly short time, the tire was changed and I was once again mobile. The service was quick, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this business!

The inside is soooo nice. And very child friendly. My car was took straight back at my appointment time and done soon later. My car now drives great.

I had a blowout about 5 miles past Buddy Isles, I put the spare on, called them ahead of time, and made my way there. The ladies in the office were so friendly and accommodating. The waiting area was great, and the tire change didn't take hours like at other tire places. Overall excellent and quick experience.

This place is busy because everyone seems to know its THE place to go for great service, but you wouldn't know it by the professional and personal service you receive. I felt like I was their only priority. My vehicle was done, done well, and done on time. I highly recommend them.

I came to the shop with an emergency repair, with my family one hour before close. The staff was professional and courteous and assessed what I needed very quickly. Unfortunately they were unable to fix same day but it was a Saturday one hour before close with parts needing ordering so I understood. I would recommend Buddy Isles' shop to anyone in need of anything automotive.

My wife and I were traveling back to northern Virginia on Saturday March 14, 2020 when we picked up a nail in a tire. We found Buddy Isles open and were very pleased with the service provided and the friendliness of the staff and clients. They were unable to repair the tire due to the nail location but found a very good used one with similar tread to replace it with. We were on our way in about forty minutes. If I lived in the area, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thank you for such a great experience!

Gets done what needs to be done in a timely manner! I may have warranty on my new truck. Whatever is free will be done by the CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP but the test will be done by BUDDY ISLES TIRE AND AUTOMOTIVE! They are the best and most reliable automotive garage I have ever been involved with. I trust them with whatever work they say is needed!

Took my tacoma in forna lift kit and tire replacement. On a Saturday nonetheless.. was warmly greeted, and dropped off my truck. The crew worked efficiently to get my truck back to me the same day. Will certainly carry my business back to them for my truck's cosmetic needs.
