Meet Our Team

Buddy Isles Jr.

Owner/Operator

Although I have been a part of this business my entire life, ownership was passed down to me by my father in 2017. As a high school graduate and certified fabrication & welder, previously employed by NASCAR, this is truly where I am meant to be. So far, my biggest accomplishment is purchasing the new facility as the first step in the right direction to making my dreams a reality. I manage each employee throughout day to day tasks, while making myself readily accessible to help anyone in the shop, but most importantly the customers. Ultimately, my favorite thing about my job is the variety of vehicles we encounter, resulting in satisfied customers.

“Passion meets perfection”

Morgan C. Isles

Co-Owner/Office Admin

As a graduate of UNCW, holding a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, I never imagined to end up in the automotive industry, but here I am! Working alongside my husband each day to continue building his father’s legacy, while paving the way to our future. That alone is among the most rewarding things about my role here. In addition, I can be found handling all of the day to day finances, assisting with business marketing plans, and ultimately promoting the business any way possible. With that being said, my biggest accomplishment to date has been learning the entire accounting aspect of the business! I have developed such a passion for this new found career that I have decided to further my education, double majoring in accounting/finance & business administration. I feel that my dedication to making my husband’s dreams a successful reality, experience in graphic design, constant drive to learn new things, and energetic personality make me a valuable part of this team as we work to provide all of our customers with the absolute best automotive service!

Tire & Automotive Team

Buddy Isles Sr.

Retired prior Owner

As a father of three and the creator of this business back in 1976, I have quite a bit to be proud of. I have always had a passion for fixing cars, but it wasn’t until I returned to Littleton, NC from the Army 82nd Airborne, that I started what is now known as Buddy Isles Tire and Automotive. Throughout the years, each of my kids have played a role in the shop, but it is my son that is carrying it from this point forward. This 55,000 sq ft facility is going to be his legacy and I can’t wait to see what all he is able to accomplish with it in his future! That alone is among the most rewarding aspects of my lifelong dedication to this journey. I hope that someday, my daughters may also decide to join him in carrying out our family business.

“We do it all”

Angie

Service Manager

Before taking this position back in April of 2020, I worked in a pharmacy for over 20 years. During that period of time, I gained a tremendous amount of customer service skills that have played a huge role in my position here. Needless to say, when I took this position, I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect, but I am beyond proud of how much I have been able to learn in such a short period of time. I would say that I am a great team player, have the ability to communicate well with my peers and customers both on a personal and professional level. Being able to develop personal relationships with everyone around me is the thing that motivates me the most! I beyond proud to be a part of this team and watch this family owned business successfully grow! Aside from my work family, I am a wife, mother to four, and a grandmother to two!

“Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success”

Alyssa

Marketing Director

I jumped at the opportunity to join an industry I’ve never been a part of before in January of 2022. Although, I rarely know what the next day holds, I am motivated by the chance to learn a new task - which has become my favorite part of this position. With my welcoming personality and an eye for creativity, I have blossomed through the marketing aspects within our company. Our team treats each other and our customers like family, which is an additional bonus. Outside of work, I enjoy being a new mother to my daughter, Avery and lake days with my lab, Whiskey. I plan to be someone my daughter can look up to in hopes that she can succeed as a woman in a male dominated industry.

I am a Alumni of HCC with a 2 Year BA Degree, I also have previous knowledge of the daily office operations within the Automotive Industry. Since joining the team in August of 2021, I have grown to love the laid back atmosphere along side the no rigid dress code. It is easier to get work done because of comfortable surroundings! To some an office job seems like a hard task to perform but to me, learning how to operate various systems and assisting where needed, gives me joy to feel helpful. My co-workers best describe me as Professional, Polite and Easy- going. I can work well with others and drama is not welcome. I am also trustworthy and when a mistake is made, I can own up to it. My role comes with new tasks that pick my brain each and every day and I enjoy the challenge. Ben

Prior to taking this position, I worked at a Automotive Performance Shop. After seeing this job opportunity online, my wife and I relocated to the area and are thrilled to make our way into this next step of our journey. I have years of experience turning wrenches. I thoroughly enjoy making a customer's dream vehicle come to life through upgrades, Customizations, Modifications, and Accessories. I feel that my ability to get along with anyone and to follow directions as requested makes me a valuable part of this team, but I also really enjoy working in a clean, family owned and operated business!

Bryan

Prior to starting my position here in December of 2021, I had no previous knowledge of the Automotive Industry. I am a High School Graduate and have been through College, but spent many years in the pharmaceutical industry. I took this role in hopes to learn something I have never been acquainted with and make a profession out of it! I am married to my beautiful wife, Angie, that you may have read about earlier as she too is a part of the Buddy Isles Team. Our kids, Peyton, Haley, Dylan, and Brian are the reason we are such hard workers. We also have a precious granddaughter, Ella, that we enjoy spending time with outside of work. I thoroughly enjoy my position because I feel it is important to help people in a time of need. I am an ethical man and I feel that is my strong suit when it comes to the role that I play. My presence is a big factor, as I am in charge of ordering and receiving correct parts in a timely manner. The joy to see a smile on someone’s face when I have assisted in a service, is a feeling like no other. I look forward to the road ahead alongside my wife and team!

Autumn

I have worked in the Medical Field for over four years and prior to that, I was a stay-at-home mom. My impeccable Customer Service skills and my ambitious attitude make me a great asset to this Company who has become home for me and my family! Although I am new to the Buddy Isles Team, I have been so blessed to meet new faces and enjoy keeping up with our Customers who enter our doors. Each day is different, and no vehicle repair is the same. The satisfaction of knowing our customers car is in great hands, makes me enjoy my position even more. My team best describes me as ambitious, courteous and a rapid learner. I am more than just a co-worker to these people; I am so excited to be a part of a family-owned business and to me family is everything. I am from Virginia, but North Carolina sure does feel like home! I am newly engaged, with four daughters and two shepherds. My family and I are so excited to watch this business grow!

“It is what it is.”

Clif

Automotive Technician

Prior to my time with the Buddy Isles Crew, I had been around Cars and Trucks all my life. I grew up in Virginia and graduated from Brunswick Academy. I was raised in and around the shop for as long as I can recall watching the men in my life turn wrenches and at 10 years old, I got to turn one of my own.  Not many Mechanics can say they work at a clean and well kept facility, not to mention equipment galore!  So far, I have gained friends that I know will last a lifetime that I connect with outside of work which makes the work environment feel like home. I thoroughly enjoy learning to work on anything and everything while hearing about the Customer's Satisfaction at the end of each day. My biggest strong suit would be punctuality! I am best motivated by my peers as they are always willing to do what it takes to get a job done in a timely manner. When I'm not at work you can find me hanging out in my backyard, cooking for my family. My wife, Darlene, and I have a son, AJ, and two dogs, Izabel and Murphy. My career allows me to enjoy spending time with my brother and sister, Jim and Mary Ivory, their spouses, Laura and Chad, and my many nieces and nephews, Kendall, Kensley, Brantley, Easton, and Skye! As you can tell the big family I had already just grew again! I look forward to seeing where this journey takes me and ensuring your vehicle's safety!

Jonathan

Automotive Technician

All my life I have been around a garage, whether it was learning early on from my father to working on my own vehicles over the years, I have enjoyed learning new tasks. Prior to my time here at Buddy Isles Tire and Automotive, I worked at a Machinery where I maintained Computer Systems and performed Maintenance on heavy duty equipment. I have thoroughly enjoyed learning the multiple components of each Vehicle Year, Make and Model while getting to build relationships with my co-workers. One of my favorite hobbies includes spending time with my father and getting outdoors. I look forward to meeting new people and getting to explore the area!

Phil

Auto Body Technician

Most would call me that “Car junkie” type, because for as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for cars. I practically grew up working on them or fixing them up, so what better trade could I have chosen than one I get to do what I love to do each day! I have some experience when it come to the collision repair processes, but it doesn’t compare to what I have learned thus far in my time at Buddy Isles Collision. Each task I am assigned gives me an opportunity to engage my creativity and mechanical abilities to restore a vehicle to its original condition, but better! On that note, the vehicle diversity around here keeps me interested in my position because no two days are the same. Furthermore, the team I work with pushes me to broaden my knowledge on Auto Body Repairs and truly wants me to be the best version of myself, both in and out of work. I have a strong work ethic and I am eager to learn as new processes come along and technology advances, which I feel makes me a true asset to our team. I hope this trait of mine will show my 5 children that you can do anything you want too if you put the time in.

“Two things define you, your patience when you have nothing and your attitude when you have everything.”

Stacy

Collision Assistant

Prior to my time with the Buddy Isles Team, I had no experience in the Automotive Industry at all! I've been around Cars and Trucks all my life but have always handled the Administrative side. As a member of the crew here, my favorite aspect would be the sense of Family. Your are more than an employee; you become a close friend inside and outside the workplace. There are opportunities beyond your current position and i truly believe when you enjoy what you do and who your work with, it makes coming to work everyday enjoyable. No day is the same around here; each day a new learning opportunity is placed before you and there is room to grow! My co-workers best describe me as upbeat, eager to learn, and not afraid to make decisions!  I come to this Team from Virginia alongside my Fiancé, Michael, my son and daughter in law, Dalton & Kelsey, and my heartbeat, my grandson, Colton. While I am not ensuring your vehicle is in excellent hands, you can find me spending quality time with my family. I thoroughly enjoy my career and look forward to where this journey takes me.
